Zainab Schwartz, CPA.CA is a senior finance and operations executive and Chief Financial Officer to high-growth health and technology companies, where she builds the financial and operational foundations that enable organizations to scale with discipline and purpose. Alongside her professional work, she is developing Tiny But Mighty, a venture focused on bringing accessible, cost-effective AI tools to nonprofit organizations to strengthen their operations and amplify their impact.

Zainab is deeply committed to youth development through team sports. She spent 7 years with DC Soccer Club, including 3 years as Board Chair, where she led a strategic transformation to make the organization “bigger, better, stronger” and expand access and opportunity for young athletes across the community.

Her board service with Beacon House reflects her passion for supporting organizations that empower youth and families, as well as her commitment to strengthening mission-driven organizations through sound strategy, governance, and execution.

When she’s not building, operating, brainstorming, activating, or volunteering, you can find Zainab energized at dance classes across the DMV.
