Princess Drayton

Princess serves as Operations Assistant at Beacon House, supporting the day-to-day systems and coordination that help the organization and programs run smoothly for youth and families. Princess started at Beacon House as a Youth Development Mentor in 2022, and in 2025 moved into her new role as Operations Assistant. She brings more than two decades of experience working with children across a range of settings, including hospitals, youth programs, and early childhood environments, along with a professional background in both nursing and accounting. Princess was first drawn to Beacon House after seeing the impact the program had on her son’s academic growth, and that personal connection continues to shape her commitment to the organization and the young people it serves. She believes strongly in the importance of foundational skills like reading and math, and in creating environments where young people feel supported to learn and grow. Outside of Beacon House, she is a dedicated mom, raising a confident and ambitious kid who already has plans to one day run Beacon House.
