Program Specialist - FUSE Lab Program

Jumanne Bradford is a youth development leader, pastor, and community advocate with more than 20 years of experience supporting young people and families. Jumanne leads the FUSE Lab at Beacon House, integrating STEM, Art, and Media Arts programming. He also has experience as Executive Director of the Engage Enrich Empower Youth Project and as Youth & Young Adult Pastor at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. He is a graduate of Archbishop Carroll High School, Morehouse College, and Lancaster Theological Seminary.

Jumanne specializes in S.T.R.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Arts, and Math) and has partnered with organizations across the region to expand opportunities for youth, including Mentoring to Manhood, Patriots Technology Training Center, 100 Black Men of Prince George’s County, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington, and the YMCA. He has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Adult Education and Computer Literacy at Anne Arundel Community College.

In addition to his work in youth development, Jumanne is an author, speaker, and community leader. He has coauthored a stage play, written and edited multiple books, and contributed to national publications. As a certified member of the John Maxwell Team, he continues to mentor, teach, and expand his leadership impact.

Jumanne is deeply committed to helping young people build healthy habits, develop leadership skills, and create pathways for long-term success. He lives in Prince George’s County, Maryland with his wife, JanNean, and their family.
