Throughout her career, Chawezi has demonstrated a strong ability to drive philanthropic growth, build sustainable donor relationships, and elevate community engagement. At World Vision Canada, she led major gift campaigns and personalized stewardship strategies that resulted in a 35% increase in revenue. She also brings significant technical expertise, having implemented CRM systems like Salesforce and Virtuous to streamline donor operations and enhance data-driven decisions​.
