Nicole G. Jordan is a communications and transformation leader with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations navigate complexity, embrace emerging technologies, and communicate with clarity and impact.

She is the Founder and CEO of Re:Form, a boutique consultancy specializing in AI transformation, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, executive narrative development, and modern brand marketing. Through Re:Form, Nicole partners with CEOs, senior executives, and mission-driven teams to strengthen organizational alignment, elevate storytelling, and accelerate technology-driven growth.

Previously, Nicole served as Director of Storytelling & Audience Engagement at Microsoft, where she led narrative strategy for AI transformation, cloud modernization, cybersecurity, and hybrid work. Her work shaped global executive communications, customer engagement frameworks, and enterprise messaging used across business units. She is known for transforming complex concepts, like AI governance, digital transformation, and secure cloud adoption, into persuasive narratives that drive understanding, trust, and action.

Nicole’s career spans senior marketing and communications roles at American University, Fannie Mae, United Way Worldwide, and the Homeownership Preservation Foundation (HPF). She has guided Fortune 100 companies, government agencies, and global nonprofits through high-impact initiatives in brand positioning, storytelling, and go-to-market planning, helping organizations strengthen market presence and lead transformative change.

Beyond her professional work, Nicole is deeply committed to leadership and service. She is the President of the Washington DC Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., leading more than 600 members in education, economic empowerment, and social action programs. She also serves on the Boards of Easterseals DC/MD/VA and Beacon House, and previously served as Senior Advisor for the Black at Microsoft NCA Chapter and Worldwide Communications Lead for Blacks at Microsoft.

Grounded in faith, Nicole serves at Cornerstone Baptist Community Church of Temple Hills, MD, where she leads the trustee ministry, sings in the Rejoice Choir, and mentors youth through the Joshua Generation ministry.

Nicole holds a BA in Visual Media, an MA in Producing Film and Video, and an MBA in Marketing Management and Global Information Systems from American University. She enjoys reading, music, and spending time with her family and friends.
