in need by
providing
tangible goods

an after school
snack program
and summer
feeding program
which is sponsored
by the State
Education
Office, D.C.
Office of
Special Nutrition
and Commodities,
providing
donated food
and toys during
the holidays,
and helping
families in
need of clothing
and other
personal items.
Beacon House
provides families
and children
social support
via our partnership
with the Edgewood/Brookland
Family Support
Collaborative
as well as
referrals
and staff
advocacy on
behalf of
children we
serve.
